Exciting times ahead for Surrey Ceilings Ltd, with our expanding team we quickly outgrew our small office area. At the end of June 2018, we installed a Mezzanine floor to provide much needed office space for our team, with Summer being our busiest time, we were unable to commit to the project, but we managed to get the mezzanine floor erected, and the outer shell boarded and plastered giving us a blank canvas for the new office area. Over the next few months we were able to apply more of our trades and skills in developing our new working environment. Our modern kitchen comprises an oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and even a wine cooler! A shower has been installed into our upstairs bathroom, although rarely used it has proved essential when returning from sites where glass fibre tiles and insulation slabs have been installed. Glass partitions and glass door sets have been used to separate to the Meeting Room and Managers Office from the kitchen area and open plan office area. Providing an open feel but giving privacy at the same time. Our meeting room can seat 6 people comfortably, with air con, LED lighting panels and dimmable spotlights and a TV which links to a laptop via the HDMI cable coming from the centre data module. To utilise the bulkhead that runs along the rear of the office and meeting room we commissioned a walnut ledge to match the table and cupboard.
