Supply and installation of a new suspended ceiling, using AMF Fine Stratos, micro perforated, 600x600mm tile with a tegular edge, all laid into a 24mm white exposed gridwork. The AMF Fine Stratos micro perforated ceiling tile provides excellent physical properties in fire protection and acoustics. The irregular holes of the micro perforation lead to increased sound absorption values. The fine sanded surface gives the ceiling tile its distinctive, refined appearance and contributes to a high quality overall impression.

Partitioning Works.  Supply and installation of solid dividing 100mm thick stud type partitioning from the finished floor to the underside of the existing suspended ceiling.   50mm thick galvanised steel framework, clad both sides with 2 layers of 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard, complete with a sound reduction quilt within the formed cavities.  Panels then taped and joint filled, sanded and painted in white vinyl matt emulsion.  100mm MDF skirting board decorated with primer, undercoat and white gloss finish. 

Frameless 12mm thick toughened glass office fronts, complete with single doorsets, head, wall and floor channels sprayed white aluminium.  White aluminium doorframe, doors furnished with brushed stainless steel lever handle and self-closing patch hinges.  1200mm standard frost matt manifestation along the entire length of the glass partition modules and glass doors.
